Cart set out for 4/9/14 pickup was in perfect condition, after pick up the Lid was broken off and stuffed inside the cart

We are experiencing a back log of garbage cart requests. Due to the large volume of requests, some carts will be repaired using used parts. Others will be delivered when new carts are purchased. Public Works does not know when the consolidated government carts will be purchased. Thank you for your patience in our efforts to assist you.
