Description

Multiple times. It seems that every time parents are out of town, this individual hosts parties in his house. that is not the problem. unfortunately every time at around 4am there are always street fights or teenagers getting on their cars drunk and driving careless, Last time there were like 8 people beating one guy, I called the police and no arrest were made they just disperse the fight and that was it, no arrest were made when clearly they saw this guy all beat up. the party continued. recently this past saturday another street fight developed from this house, now this time this guy used a baseball bat to fight. Finally and arrest was made, but all those teenagers got on their cars and started to leave in a very careless way almost hitting my property. when is this going to stop. do we need to wait until someone brings a gun to this fights and an innocent person gets hurt or kill? I have kids and I feel unsafe every time this happens. these teenagers are definitely using more than alcohol. Isn't there Social Host Liability laws in New Jersey for a situation like this.
Thanks for your time
