Description

The people at 1077 S Main St leave dog feces all over the very public sidewalk. Every one has complained and they refuse to pick it up. There are parts of the sidewalk you can not use it's so bad. Kids play in the area, elderly people live in this area. It's completely contaminated. How do we get them to clean it up? Help!
