WRONG !!!!! 58 Essex Road is in the town owned portion of ESSEX Road. From Winter Park to Miacoment Ave. IS town OWNED!!!!!!

This portion of Esex Road has been town owned some time before 2006 !!!!!!!!

The town has not taken any portion of Essex Road. It is not a Town maintained road.

This map showing town owned land show Essex Road between the park and Miacoment Ave is town owned (http://www.nantucket-ma.gov/documentcenter/view/129) If I remember correctly this was complied with the help of Allen Reinhard.

Just to clarify, if I remembered coreectly this portion was not taken, but was given to the town, per some document via the planning board.

We will take care of it.

Just drove over it( it is getting wider and deeper 3:45 PM today 12 May 2014, See attache Picture taken at 4:10 PM Today...
It took DPW to almost two weeks to acknowledge the have responsibility for this portion on Essex Road. Now they lie about fixing it.

Who is running the DPW? When will they get their act together? How may other items have they lied about?

Our contractor was going to do it. We have now completed it.
