Light still out across from 15 folsom, never fixed pitch black on the street.... Light in between 8 & 10 folsom out intermittently alsoespecially on rainy days....VERY DARK needs to be addressed

Why send emails asking me if it has been addressed every 30 days when nothing is ever done... Forget the online system pay someone to sit behind a phone take the complaint and send people out to fix it?? Crazy 960 days!!!

CAN YOU PLEASE CHANGE THE LIGHTS ON FOLSOM LANE.....2 YEARS OF WRITING ON HERE AND NOTHING DONE!!! ALOT OF CHILDREN LIVE ON BLOCK AND IT IS VERY DARK.....light in front of #9.....tear it down and start from scratch.....WHATEVER YOU ARE DOING ISNT WORKING...
