Added information…that suspicious activity and exchanging something is connected to a young white male operating a brand new yellow ATV who meets them and exchanges that something (most of us can assume what that "something" is). You'll find that young man and the ATV at a house at Clifton and Lexington, right next to the park. I've personally watched the exchange as he drives up on his quad to meet those vehicles.
