Hi, just an update on the problem with wrong way, speeding drivers. I have not given up on trying to at least slow down the number of folks going way to fast and, or going the wrong way on Lupita Rd. I have finally received help from our police dept. here in Santa Fe. An awesome and helpful officer named Joe La Blanc has followed up on license plate numbers and spoke with the person or persons who continually disregard the law and have warned them that he will be watching out for, and warning or ticketing them and others that have no regard for us folks that live along here.They plan to park at the entrance and ticket those who happen to be driving the wrong way. We as neighbors will continue to write down license plate numbers and call them in to his voicemail with the promise he will follow thru and have contact with the repeat offenders. So all I can say is don't give up if you have an issue because eventually you will hopefully have your issue addressed by good people like officer Joe La Blanc.
