Description

Dumpster located behind former Larsen's Hardware at corner of Poq. Ave. & East St. Litter is strewn around the lot which abuts a stream. Trash is fully visible from the parking lot of the professional building on the opposite corner of East & Poq. I have been visiting that building twice a week since March 20 and the situation has never improved.
