It has been over a month now. The Mosquitos have built a diving platform and begun to rent out cabanas on the shoreline. They are also starting a petition drive and putting up yard signs asking the EPA to declare their lake a wetlands.

Mr Biggs, Thank you for keeping a eye on this issue. PW Maintenance staff has been removing standing water weekly to prevent mosquito's. As you know from past water leaks in that area shutting down system can have impacts on residents, I'm working on a plan for repair that will have lest impact on residents and hope to have work completed soon. The enemy has been vanquished! The tanks (well a front end loader and some trucks actually) launched their attack against the mosquito's early, before the platoon of guard geese had taken up their positions. Trenches were dug, pipers were fixed and the problem was solved! Thanks!
