Dear DPW,
Foot-traffic-wise, this is a busy block in the commercial Dimond district, patrons of the restaurant, the Pilates storefront, the barbershop, and etc. all must navigate this block.
Soon we will hold our Dimond Night Out celebration, and the intersection of Fruitvale & MacA for a block in all 4 directions will be FULL of folks and their families... Please address this issue soonest!
