Cal Trans says it is the responsibility of City of San Mateo.
"Message from District MSR Coordinator: The irrigation on the Frontage Rd. side of the wall is not ours. It belongs to the City of San Mateo. "
They did replace the missing plants that will now not get watered due to the broken sprinkler.
