Cars are constantly speeding past Moten Elementary and I realized there is no School sign on Morris Rd. It would be great if there was flashing lights indicating this is a school zone and to please slow down.

DDOT will suggest that enforcement will be utilized for motorist who are speeding. Currently, there is not any infrastructure to install any flashing signal. Thank you for your interest in traffic signals.
