Description

The traffic light timing at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Waterside Drive regularly causes severe backups, as far east on Massachusetts Ave as Dupont Circle. Traffic after the light will be clear, but it frequently takes 30+ minutes to travel .8 miles from Dupont Circle to Waterside Drive. A review of this intersection and light timing is necessary.
