Description

Issue 1)
I have a neighbor across the street who has an extremely loud truck without a muffler (or enhanced muffler with increased sound) which vibrates my house, who often drives drunk and fights with his female roommate at all hours of the night- many phone calls have been made and no results....

Issue 2)
Motorists evading the Clifton & Van Houten stop light- drive down Kenyon street at excessive speeds at all hours of the day and night. There are only 7 homes on Kenyon st, but there are 7 small children who like to play outside. There are no warning signs, speed bumps, and drivers never see the yield sign at Henry and Kenyon.

Issue 3)
Street paving, Kenyon St and Henry St haven't been repaired/ paved in at least 6-8 years and these roads are shoddy at best.

Issue 4)
Elm street between train station and colfax-
How about stop light to keep motorist from attempting to run over commuting pedestrians at these intersections? Since I have almost been run over about 20 times now, I have been forced to carry a rock in my backpack just in case motorists decide that they will not yield to pedestrians in cross walks....

Compliments:
Thank you for the great schools, fire departments, & libraries in Clifton. This is an excellent use of my tax dollars and we are very fortunate that these areas are well maintained and managed.

I have hoped that these issues would have resolved themselves in time, but they haven't so I figured I'd voice my concerns.

Kind regards
