The photo above doesn't truly illustrate the issue. It mainly shows the flow of water from both directions, which stops right in front of my house. I will post a picture of the resulting mud and gravel tomorrow (08 April 2014). Thanks!

My parents built this home in 1964, and never were able to get the city to find a solution to this problem. I'm so thrilled that there are finally resources available to assist in these issues! Thanks Huntsville for the willingness to help, and the technology to file our reports!

Thank you so much! I wish that could be the end of it, but unfortunately, the debris comes right back. Is there any chance of getting a drain actually on the curb, in front of my house? There's a drain on top of the curb in thr yard, but it doesn't how the road situation. I know this isn't an earth-shattering emergency, it's just such an eyesore! Anything y'all can come up with would be awesome! Thanks again for taking care of the debris today! I reslly appreciate it! Respectfully, Priscilla Crow

We have cleaned the sand and gravel from the street and the gutter. We checked inlets on both sides of the street. They are clean. Thanks, PWS
