Description

This property at the southwest corner of Saginaw and Magnolia has been consistently negligent. The Saginaw sidewalk was not shoveled all winter. There have been fallen branches lying in the street for weeks or months.
I realize the home is for sale, but that does not mean the owner gets a free pass to disobey city ordinances. There are at least a few ongoing problems they should be cited for: overgrowth blocking sidewalk, lack of shoveling in winter, etc.
