Description
This Speedway ALWAYS leaves their two dumpster top lids open and there is always trash blown out of them, in the lot behind them, along the sidewalk N to Jerome St. I've lived on N. Clemens for 2 years and this is a perpetual problem. Part of the problem might be that they don't break down cardboard boxes so the dumpsters fill up easily.
