I understand the need, but it seems counterintuitive to have a designated green space become a designated and unprotected storage area. The same bags have been untouched for 2 weeks now and the area does smell like garbage. Is there some way that residents could be informed about this because we could just have easily taken the bags and tossed them into our own dumpsters. Because there is often garbage thrown in this area, how would we distinguish?
