Going east on 17 mile from Mound to Van Dyke in the afternoon is just too slow. It should not take 15 minutes or more to go one mile!

This light only services a few local business entrances. It shouldn't be too hard to ask those businesses for their shift change times, combine that information with heavy traffic times, and determine when the light is needed and when it can be blinking. This is just as frustrating for the employees at the businesses who have to wait to turn left at a red light when there is no traffic.
