Description

There lights are out again on I 91 in Enfield from exit 48 thru 49 north and south bound. Also the lights, reported over a month ago, are still out at the on and off ramps at exit 47 east and west in Enfield. What is the problem with the State of Conneticut. This happens all the time. Very dangerous
