Description

In the morning (from 6-9am weekdays) the southbound traffic of New Hampshire Ave NE blocks the intersection of North Capitol St and New Hampshire Ave such that southbound traffic on North Capitol is not able to even travel south at all. Please place traffic cameras to this intersection to capture the violators from New Hampshire Ave, NE southbound direction that travel into the intersection after the light has turned red for them. They block the intersection to the point of not allowing North Capitol St southbound traffic cannot travel along south on North Capitol St.
