Description

The city property by the alley that is off of Lowry St. is in need of a clean up. Kids walking by throw trash from 7-11 and also there are overgrown weeds. This is in front of a garage that belongs to the house on the corner that faces Maple Ave. The garage/shed is in terrible need of a spruce up job but the owner doesn't care, obviously! If the area by the garage could be cleaned up in would improve the appearance on Lowry St and the neighbors would surely appreciate it.
