Description

Please review the timings of this traffic light. Left turning lane from belt boulevard into the shopping center gets a green turn arrow, even when there is no traffic waiting. The light is not coordinated with Hull Street and there are long periods were the light is red for belt blvd and there is no shopping center traffic.
