Description
After the street was resurfaced, a pile of extra asphalt was left n a mound. It looks like they probably shoveled it off to the side and then forgot about it. Needless to say, the asphalt creates a mini speed bump but more importantly it is blocking the rainwater flow down the street and into the storm drain. With the blocked water is a collection of leaves and everything else that washes down a street
