I don't pass this area nor have any knowledge of what's going on with it. I've had several inquiries a week for over 950 days asking what's happened to the issue. Once the issue was posted, the city of Detroit department I'm charge of these issues wrote saying they would not address the issue directly and I could contact someone very odd, like the department of transportation head's wife... Clearly they do not intend to respond.
