FOR QUICKEST RESPONSE, REPORT POTHOLES DIRECTLY TO ROYAL OAK DPS
Royal Oak, Mich. — The City of Royal Oak Department of Public Services (RODPS) and Royal Oak Engineering Department asks residents and motorists to contact the agency directly to report potholes and other road safety issues.
Several Websites are now encouraging the posting of road conditions and safety concerns, however, these sites do not share these complaints directly with the proper agencies such as Royal Oak or RCOC. The City and County Agencies DO NOT actively monitor these websites and in most cases will not respond directly
Residents can contact Royal Oak's DPS directly via telephone at 248-246-3300 to report a specific and detailed road condition complaint. Traffic safety concerns regarding parking, signage and signals as well as traffic movements should be directed to the City of Royal Oak Engineer at 248-246-3260. A specific location or address is extremely helpful in identifying the location in the field. Additional information is located on the City of Royal Oak website: www.ci.royal-oak.mi.us
