Homeless cams have popped up in the woods between Ellington and the train tracks at the spring street exits. There is an amazing amount of litter in this area from them, as well as tents, daily barrel fires and other random junk. Same thing on the northbound side of Ellington at the spring st near a daycare and Douglas Park.
