Description
The metal fence adjacent to the multi-use pedestrian crossing has been damaged. There are sharp metal pieces of the fence protruding into the walkway. This is located on the ramp portion of the crossing on the Hartford side of the Charter Oak Bridge. It looks like the fence was snagged by a plow tractor.
This creates a dangerous situation, particularly when path users pass eachother. The path user coming downhill may catch on the sharp fence damage while traveling at high speed on a bicycle.

Not yet fixed. And now the nearby streetlights are broken. Someone busted them by throwing rocks and the glass is all over the sidewalk.
The overpass path hasn't yet been swept to remove glass and debris from the entire winter.
