On the 28th street between Adeline and Magnolia there continues to be a large pile of trash (bags, mattress, clothing, paper etc) that is dumped and not removed on a regular basis as well as a trailer full of trash sitting there now for over a month now. This is not homeless stuff but a large pile of trash that continues to be dumped in this area.
