Lid's torn and completely broken off garbage cart. My cart was never delivered. The cart number on my cart is Y0439749.

We are experiencing a back log of garbage cart requests. Due to the large volume of requests, some carts will be repaired using used parts. Others will be delivered when new carts are purchased. Public Works does not know when the consolidated government carts will be purchased. Thank you for your patience in our efforts to assist you.
