Description
Monroe St. from 8th st. to 9th st. is a bridge and a no parking zone as indicated by road markings and signs. Following road construction, the road markings near the curb were not replaced leaving what appears to be a parking space. Illegally parked cars reduce the already poor visibility for drivers, pedestrians and cyclists crossing Monroe (a busy trail crossing). These markings should be repaired. Several tickets have been issued (see issue # 14-00076430
