The complaint address is 23 Harold Street
, but the drainage is affects all the residence from 17 - 25 Harold St.

I am expecting that the rain from this weekend will show readily the affect of the water accumulation in the residence yards. I will also go by their homes and take pictures.

I have gone to visit the property and have found that this issue affects many of the other neighbors also. Today after the rain and now with more snow it can be clearly seen that the water basin does not assist in catching the water.

I have not received any response in reference to this issue. The community has been patiently awaiting some form of information regarding the flooding from the poor drainage.

This work order has been completed by Department of Building and Trades.

Does the work order being completed mean that the problem has been rectified??
