Description

A woman constantly (at least a few times a day) lets her two pitbulls run on Cummings from Whittaker Ave to Chestnut Ave with no leash and they do not listen to her when she calls. They scratch cars by jumping up on them. She also never cleans up the poop , which runs everywhere from Whittaker Ave to Chestnut Ave.
