Hutton Street Jersey City, New Jersey
A rather large tree limb fell onto the sidewalk. It collects debris and blocks the sidewalk. Strollers, for instance, can no longer pass. More trash is piling up along side it and the Police, who have a station right across the street, often park right next to it.

241 Kearny Avenue Kearny, New Jersey
On Easter of this year an ambulance was called to pick up at 241 Kearny Avenue. The patient was me and there was one witness in the apartment. 2.5 weeks later the crossing guard out front, Barbara McCourt, asked me if I went to the hospital. She told me I did not want t know how she found out. I want the EMS workers and the town gossip, Mrs. McCourt, suspended and this put on there permanent record. Their actions are beyond reproach and I will not sit still. If I have to hire legal counsel, I will. Keep in mind, I have moved out of state for the summer and have no access to the internet. I need to be reached by cell phone. 516-567-8103
784 Devon Street Kearny, NJ
Town removed tree and sidewalk has also been removed. This was at least 1 1/2 months ago and there is still no sidewalk. There is just a large hole with weeds now growing. Caution tape was also removed. This is a hazard especially at night.
House is also not kept up. Garage is falling down and grass at side and back not cut
2-4 Harding Terrace Kearny, New Jersey
This residence is extremely negligent in disposing of their trash in an appropriate manner. They regularly leave trash, cardboard and other debris piled on the side of their house (Williams St.) for weeks at a time without taking the trash to the curb for pickup. When they finally do take the trash out, they leave the garbage cans in the middle of the sidewalk and do not store them away. For weeks now, there has been a garbage can in the middle of the sidewalk and other trash and cardboard piled up on the side of their house without anyone taking it to the curb for pick up. Unfortunately, it has become customary to see all types of trash (i.e. fast food cups, shopping bags, empty cigarette boxes, plastic bottles etc.) littering the side of this house (William St.) for weeks at a time. On occassion I have seen rodents in and around the area where the garbage is kept. This is unacceptable and poses a health and safety risk to the residents surrounding this property. There are many children that play on the block and I am concerned for their well being. As a longtime resident who takes a lot of pride in maintaining my own property, I'm sick and tired of looking at this eyesore. Furthermore, if everyone in the neighborhood maintained their properties in this manner, the town would be in very poor condition. This residence has a responsibility to dispose of their trash in an appropriate manner and maintain a level of cleanliness. The garbage can in the middle of the sidewalk also poses a danger to kids and people using the sidewalk. Please address this matter as soon as possible. Thank you.
Belgrove Drive Kearny, New Jersey
Speed bumps need to be added to Belgrove Drive. Cars, Busses, Motorcycle & Commercial Trucks are going down this road at double the speed. This road is being used a raceway by drivers which are trying to avoid traffic along Kearny & Passaic Ave. It’s only a matter of time until someone gets hurt or killed.
There’s a substantial amount of pedestrian activity on this road at all times:
• Parents, Kids, walking to belgrove playground, vet’s field, boys town.
• Parents, Kids walking to School (Both Garfield School & Washington School)
• Foot Traffic - funeral homes: Thiele & Armitage
• Foot Traffic – Church
• Commuters for both: Rutgers & NJIT (School Shuttle Route) & NJ Transit Bus
• Dog Walkers – Throughout day and night
• Kids playing outside their front yards (Belgrove has a substantial amount of Families with young kids)
Needless to say that there are multiple events that occur on this road during the year:
• Memorial Day Parade
• Night Out Event
• 4th of July Fire Works
• Baseball & Football Games at Vets Field (throughout spring & fall)
Something needs to be done before something tragic happens.
