98 Stewart Ave Kearny, New Jersey
I have been having issues trying to access and exit my driveway at 98 Stewart Ave due vehicles blocking the entrance to my driveway as they drop off or pick up their children from Roosevelt School. Multiple times I've had vehicles park in front of my driveway sometimes leaving their vehicle unoccupied and unattended as they proceed to drop off and pick up their kids from school. While I understand that parking is an issue in this area during drop off and pick up from school I should not have to suffer an inconvenience as a result of people who decide to park illegally blocking access to my property. I'm not sure what the best solution to resolve this situation is and the last thing I want to do is tie up police resources to issue summonses for illegal parking, but at the same time I would like this issue resolved. Thank you.

Large branches falling off tree every day. There is a large branch hanging now, Rot in knuckle worrying that larger section will fall onto house causing extensive damage. When wind blows entire sidewalk slab moves up and down 2-3 inches. In addition water shut off cannot be located at curb and must be covered by roots that may cause damage to water line. Would welcome new tree.

Seriously what department do I contact regarding noise & running a business from a home? I have already reported this problem here before but it continues on a daily basis. Woodworking with heavy duty machinery everyday until 10pm at night.
The police have already been there but the work continues.
Can't take the noise anymore..........

My dog had a seizure 3 nights in a row in exactly the location on 8th St, under the turnpike. Might be a coincidence - my dog is old and has health issues. But I thought it may have been triggered by chemicals from the turnpike construction or train tracks. Given it's proximity to Enos Jones and Dickinson I thought it worth reporting.
my dog is pretty old - he's over 10 years. And has some chronic health issues including hip dysplasia, cardiomyopathy and an inoperable growth above his heart. We ran a full set of tests after he nearly drowned 6 months ago - he actually died, but we used CPR to revive him. The vet said he could pass suddenly at any time...
But a strange thing happened 3 nights in a row in the identical location - on 8th St, just under the turnpike. He collapsed with what looked like a seizure. It might simply be a sign of deteriorating health. I believe they've been using chemicals during the construction on that section of the Turnpike - it created a noticeable smell all the way to HP over the past number of weeks. Also I know PSEG had that section of the park "flagged" last week NW of the bleachers.

The Kearny annex library just had all of their leaves blown into a huge pile on the corner of Stuyvesant & Kearny Avenue. The leaves should be removed. Not only will the leaves blow all over the neighbors properties creating a mess but the landscapers left the leaves covering/blocking the fire hydrant on the corner which is not the safest solution. Also if it rains this large amount of leaves will block the sewer. Please take the leaves away too large of a pile
