3400-3420 San Pablo Ave Oakland, CA 94608, USA - Hoover-Foster

2 shooting recently because pimps are competing for territory, prostitutes and heavy drugs. Public are not safe as they are taking over abounded houses like 976 34th St Oakland Oakland CA 94608. Prostitutes locations USA gasoline, chevron gasoline stations on san pablo ave and 34th to 35th streets, corner of Linden St and 34th and San Pablo ave, and bus stop in front of church at 34th and San Pablo Ave.
Drug selling at USA gasoline and 976 34th St Oakland, Ca 94608.
Everyone please help to clean this area before any life is lost.

  Sincy you know all about this activity please call the police department investigator handling the case so they can arrest the suspects.
  
  Posting here for the Public Works Department is not going to solve the prolem. They cant send a street sweeper or dump truck to clean up the problem.

984 34th St Oakland, CA 94608, USA - Hoover-Foster

984 34th street Oakland CA, 94608 have 4 units out of 8 units that are occupied by elderly people. Due to lack of security by property owner who is in real estate. The property is being used by drug dealers for selling drugs and prostitutions. They are accessing an apartment that is not occupied doing drugs and prostitution through the back window and have broken the wood stud under the open window that holds gas lines to other units. Constantly stepping on the gas lines to climb into the apartment at night have totally collapsed the gas lines. Area have lots of elderly and the owner of this property allows prostitutions, drug selling. Please help the elderly and stop loud music, prostitutions, drug selling at this property.

  You need to call OPD's non-emergency line : 777-3333. The dispatcher may or may not be helpful, but still make a report of what's happening. Ask for your Problem Solving Officer's contact info.
