This situation with trash accumulation at 4121 McKay Ave was formally reported to Richmond Code Enforcement ( #20020789635 & #20020798529 ) and this property was cited and monitored for compliance with City code. Eventually in September 2011 a contractor for hire was assigned to clean the property to abate it. This property continues to be monitored by Richmond Code. We appreciate your efforts that help us to “Build A Better Richmond” together - rtt
