454/347 At Gatewood Drive - Hauppauge

Patch in roadway causes LOUD noises when passed over by tractor trailers. All night long. Can this be repaired?

THIS HAS BEEN REPAIRED MANY TIMES AND YESTERDAY OF COURSE IT WAS FILLED WITH WATER AND DROVE RIGHT IN IT AND HEARD NOT ONLY MY TIRE CLANG IN IT BUT AN ADDITIONAL NOISE FROM UNDER CAR
