It is very dangerous. They should have at least blocked off the road so you cannot drive under it. There is a small side street that cuts out that corner, so it can be avoided.
Time to thank, WFSB! I saw camera crews and trucks last night and low and behold there were cops directing traffic this morning and bucket trucks there to remove the tree. I wish the town didn't have to be bullied into doing something but I'm glad I reported this!!
