1912 W Passyunk Ave Philadelphia, PA - Girard Estates

The tree is overgrown, causing the sidewalk to heave and crack. The brick staircase is crumbling. There are piles of trash accumulating around the staircase and the area always smells like feces and urine. I think the property is vacant and is owned by an absentee

  The problem residence has not been cleaned up or fixed. Glass and trash are littered all over the sidewalk. Mail and newspapers are piling up. I haven't gone by since Sandy though I assume it's worse.

HUGE weed tree creating a BIG mess Open

2042 Emily St. Philadelphia, PA - Girard Estates

Weed tree is impacting adjacent houses by dropping rotting berries all summer, and leaves in the fall. Berries stain concrete & attract bugs 24/7; branches are near power & roof lines. Major mess.

dead tree Archived

2152 S Lambert St Philadelphia, PA 19145, USA - Girard Estates

Thus tree is dead, bark is falling off in large sections. It is infecting the neighboring trees which are now dying also. I am afraid this tree or it's branches could fall on cars, kids or homes. Also it will take with it the power lines running underneath and through it. It needs to be cut down for safety soon.

  The tree fell during the last storm. It Was being held up by the wires. After a call to fairmount park they can out and removed the tree. Now to get it replaced!

Yard full of trash and overgrown tree Open

The yard is full of trash. There is also and over grown tree which has dead limbs hanging over other homes.

Trash and yard waste filling up back yard Open

1907 S 19th St Philadelphia, PA 19145, USA - Girard Estates

Tons of dead leaves and litter including a tire and construction waste. The large tree is half dead and has a number or large branches that are dead and hang over other houses. There may also be a sink hole.
