Abandoned house, backyard is dumpsite with trash, overgrown weeds, feral cats, you name it, it's in there.

  The owner hired a contractor to clean the yard. A few months later, another contractor installed new windows on the front of the house. As of now, only boarded up windows are in the rear. Quite an improvement . . . a big THANK YOU!

1912 W Passyunk Ave Philadelphia, PA - Girard Estates

The tree is overgrown, causing the sidewalk to heave and crack. The brick staircase is crumbling. There are piles of trash accumulating around the staircase and the area always smells like feces and urine. I think the property is vacant and is owned by an absentee

  The problem residence has not been cleaned up or fixed. Glass and trash are littered all over the sidewalk. Mail and newspapers are piling up. I haven't gone by since Sandy though I assume it's worse.

overgrown weeds, grass, etc. blocking sidewalk so high you can't walk through it. People are letting their dogs use the weeds as a bathroom

  this is still a problem and now people have been dumping household trash, dog waste filled plastic bags in the weeds. I cleaned it Sunday morning, and the trash is back. This bldg is an eyesore and the sidewalk is an absolute mess.

Yard full of trash and overgrown tree Open

1907 S 19th St Philadelphia, PA 19145, USA - Girard Estates

The yard is full of trash. There is also and over grown tree which has dead limbs hanging over other homes.
