The owner of the subject property, who does not seem to reside at 1512 on a full-time basis, refuses to maintain his property in a decent state. While he mows his front lawn just in time to prevent an overgrown-lot citation, he does not maintain his rear lot in a decent state. For example, rather than mow the grass, he frequently mows several paths through the tall grass, a pet enclosure regularly has grass in excess of 12" tall, construction debris including rain gutters which were replaced and excess flexible plastic corrugated drains pipes litter the back yard. Long landscape timbers which appear to be the residue of a former structure are propped against the back wall.
The owner has stated his active dislike for maintaining his yard and frequently is away from home more than in residence.
