There is construction fencing that blocks the sidewalk preventing pedestrian access AND street removing 2-3 parking spots.

The owner usually has up to 30 days to comply with violations. Thereafter, up to 3 reinspections may be conducted to ensure violations were complied or resolved. If not complied at last inspection, property will be referred to court for a judgment demanding the owner to resolve the problems. In a rare case where the owner has been removed from the property by city agencies, coordinated efforts will be made to correct the outstanding violations.
PGW has dug up 22nd Street from Spring Garden to Fairmount in the left lane along 22nd Street. They're not potholes, but bad patches that should be fixed to make the street level.
