1040 Ashland Evanston, IL - Evanston

City of Evasnton, IPMC-302.8 cites that no 'inoperative motor vehicle' shall be parked on any premises. The Merkur XR4T1 by the alley here, 1040 Ashland, has rusting been parked here for years, is completely inoperative, unlicensed, has no door handles, flat tires and is an eyesore. Can it please be removed. In the past, requests to have it removed have been met with the car being properly licensed, however it is never moved and is definitely inoperable.

  Only partly resolved, the auto is now licensed but still an inoperable vehicle, prohibited in the ordinance, IPMC-302.8. This has been reported in the past, the car gets current plates but is still a dis-repaired, inoperable, rusting hulk, with flat tires, sitting in view of all. The inspector should assure that it is in running, operating condition and can be moved. It cannot and has not in years.

1041 Florence Evanston, IL - Evanston

IMPC - 302.8 motor vehicles, states' No inoperative....motor vehicle...shall be parked, kept, or stored... and no vehicle shall be shall be in a major state of disrepair...' The white van behind this property has 4 flat tires, is rusting and has not moved for years. Previous complaint result in current license being placed but the inspector never assures that this vehicle operates and is movable, which it isn't. It's an eyesore and should be removed finally.

  The vehicle still has 4 flat tires and is inoperable. It needs to be made operable or removed. The city inspector needs to see that this vehicle operates , which it does not. It has not been moved in YEARS.

This has been reported twice now, over 4 months period. Twice we have been advised that the case was heard in AH court and fines issued. The vehicle remains in operable state with 4 flat tires and has not been moved in many years. What does it take to have the ordinance enforced?

This was reported 3 months ago and is still not resolved. Despite fines, the vehicle remains with 4 flat tires, rusted and abandoned, and has not been moved in many years and is an eyesore. How to get this removed? The issue is NOT resolved.
