    It's hard to see from the photo but my daughter is in a wheelchair and when I take her on a walk I have to walk down the street instead of the sidewalk because there is a big lip of pavement that doesn't allow her chair to go over , when I have tired I almost knocked her out of her chair because the wheels get stuck in the uneven dip There is also always cars parked on the side so I have to walk the middle of the street. Is there any way we can smooth that out and make it more
    handicap accessible to go from the sidewalk to crossing the street to get to the next sidewalk so I can take her out more safely and comfortably on walks? Thank you for looking into this for me It is greatly appreciated.

    Both sides of Northside Drive near the Pinellas Trail are impassable to mobile wheel chairs. My 92 year old dad got stuck in the gravel and it took two people to get him unstuck. There is no excuse for what the construction workers have done to a once-passable sidewalk on BOTH sides of Northside drive.
