Smells like raw sewage, could be a reclaimed water line post. The black post seems to have been broken/snapped off. There was a lawn service just at this address, and I believe he mowed over it. Causing the issue.

This is not my feces, this is coming up from the sewer from the entire building. I called the landlord and they came and put a snake from the roof. It worked and help for about 3flushes and it happened again. It is horrible!! They called a real plumber and he said that the entire sewer pipes has to be blasted to unclog the pipe system so that it wouldn't happen again. Still today the toilet bubbles and it acts like it going to happen again. There's alot more that's leaking in this apartment:kitchen and living room but I couldn't load the pictures because the site wouldn't allow it. But the ppl upstairs say they are walking in water. Please help me

Sewage is seeping through ground in backyard making a giant hole where the septic tank is. Any time we shower or wash clothes, it overflows and starts to leak nasty stinky water from the hole.

There has been raw sewage in my backyard for about a year. No one will help me. Why am I expected to live like this? It's lot 223.

The rotten egg sewer smell coming from the lift station next to the Speedway in the Home Depot parking lot is absolutely disgusting. It is not a new issue and needs to be addressed by the County. Are there plans to install scrubbers?

I have a concern at 16860 US HWY 19 N, LOT 238, Clearwater, FL 33764. There is a sewage pipe under my mobile home (which is on a rented lot) that is leaking from the ground. I have notified the park owner of the problem, and they sent an unlicensed repairman who may have made the problem worse but at the very least is not fixed and they refuse to do any further repairs. I would consider this a health department issue due to the amount of human waste under my home that even my neighbors can smell. Please let me know if you would be able to assist with this or if you could direct me to the right agency.

Cleanout located along the property line appears has patio stone placed over broken cap.

Near stop sign at Ullman Ct and Langstaff Dr is a small blue steel cover that continues to become loose with a large portion of the top of the pipe.

Severe sewage backup in our driveway areas.

I currently rent at this address. My landlords REFUSE to fix, or even address, the plumbing issues that we have. They have been WELL AWARE of these issues since 1st moving in over 4 years ago.
Presently, there is an OPEN HOLE in the backyard that has unsanitary "liquid " and floating FECES in it!!!! The landlords refuse 2 remedy it.
This has 2 be in violation of SOMETHING!!!!
