Neighbor in the bright blue house had a truck deliver concrete. It seems that the truck had a huge oil leakage along with large spots of concrete in the gutterways on the road in front of their house and down the road to the west in front of several other houses.

All curbs on the corner of Crestmont St and Avalon Ave have a large dip that I see many vehicles cut to close and they almost end up in the ditches or have caused damage to their vehicles. The dip between pavement and sand is too steep.

Water collects at the curb in a small pool and does not run to the drain - it sits at the curb and smells.

The school on 11499 131st St has grown tremendously. There is now gridlock every morning due to the school having 4 entrance points on 131st St. All traffic heading south has to stop for 3 left turn points to enter the school. The issue is compounded greatly by the traffic light at 131st St and Walsingham backing up traffic northbound. Currently during the 745-845 timeframe a driver heading north is stuck 3 cycles of the light at Walsingham Rd. Traffic backed up to 115th St. The traffic of waiting cars is forced to allow dozens of vehichles through the 4 entrances/exits of Country Day school while trying just to get to the light and go north. It has become a dangerous and very inconvenient delay for drivers on that road and entering the school. Am requesting/suggesting further investigation into proper traffic handling for vehicles going to Country Day Schools now 2 campuses as they grow the traffic is not being handled properly or safely. Also the intersection of 131st ST and Walsingham desperately needs a right turn lane for northbound traffic turning onto Walsingham. Many times of day you are stuck at this light for more than one cycle due to the volume of cars heading north and a large percentage turn right. This request is intended for both traffic signal to see if something can be done about increasing time to reduce back up of northbound traffic and blocking all the school entrances and what can/needs to be done about the schools entrances with all the new volume due to the school's growth. This intersection on the North side of Starkey at East Bay Dr. has been in need of improvement for many years. Traffic to turn left to go East on East Bay can't get thru do to the short length / cutoff and must wait for cars heading south to disperse before being able to go there. Some lanes during regular rush hours AM are backed up several blocks. What can be done? Some drivers are forced to go down residential back roads to get there. It's old and tired looking as well. Deep and dangerous ruts on both sides of Crystal Beach Ave from Alt 19 to Mayo need to be filled in. Cars catching tires and bikes wiping out.

drain culvert is damaged and the rusted rebard is exposed. Causing a tripping hazzard. Townhomes of countryside near Thaxton Drive-Lake St George

A pothole was repaired within the past year in the same spot. The roadway is now beginning to sink. It is directly in front of a road drain. I suspect the top of the drainpipe under the road going into the drain is broken causing the road to sink. It's clear in the picture how the road sinking is enlarging.

Crack in road getting deeper and wiser. Please look into.
