This intersection on the North side of Starkey at East Bay Dr. has been in need of improvement for many years. Traffic to turn left to go East on East Bay can't get thru do to the short length / cutoff and must wait for cars heading south to disperse before being able to go there. Some lanes during regular rush hours AM are backed up several blocks. What can be done? Some drivers are forced to go down residential back roads to get there. It's old and tired looking as well. Deep and dangerous ruts on both sides of Crystal Beach Ave from Alt 19 to Mayo need to be filled in. Cars catching tires and bikes wiping out.

A pothole was repaired within the past year in the same spot. The roadway is now beginning to sink. It is directly in front of a road drain. I suspect the top of the drainpipe under the road going into the drain is broken causing the road to sink. It's clear in the picture how the road sinking is enlarging.

I first reported this damaged road back on 8/12/2015. This section of road is in desperate need of repaving. I was told in 2015 that this road was not in the current 3-year plan, but that it would be considered in future plans. Since it has been nearly 3 years since I first reported it, I hope it is now being considered.

You can walk down this small section of road and count dozens of patches from over the years. Of course they are only temporary fixes and have opened up once again to large potholes all over the road. It is extremely dangerous when you have oncoming traffic and nowhere to go, so you end up having to slow from a crawl to a complete stop, then drive on the opposite side of the road to avoid damage to your car. This becomes even more difficult when you have traffic turning to/from 66th St onto 138th Ave N and in/out of businesses along both roads. When it rains, the potholes fill up and the hazards compound again since you can't see that you're about to drive into a large hole.

Please consider repaving this road rather than patching it once again. Dozens of patches over the years are obviously not working and are a waste of money in the long run. The condition of this road is causing damage to cars and will cause accidents with people dodging potholes. There are many businesses along 65th St N and 66th St N that use 138th Ave N daily who would greatly appreciate your attention to this matter.

Since the 3 big water spills this year, Tampa Road is splitting and eroding. Big pothole/erosion in front of 430 south side, road erosion across from 420. Splits run the length of Tampa Road from Marie to Orange. Also looking rough in front of the elementary school and the new Ozona Village. Any repave planned in the near future??
