    As a local resident who grew up in this area it is very disheartening that there is no parking enforcement evoked to stop the park patrons for parking on the lawn the police drive-by they don't do anything I am going to start a petition illustrating the need for parking enforcement for NO PARKING ON The PARKS LAWN!!!!! It leaves TIRE MARKS, DRY PATCHES, NOT TO MENTION ITS VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!

The garbage can is also over flowing and the illegal dumping that I reported two weeks ago still hasn't been taken care of. The location is across the street from 2208 Ransom Ave on Jungle Hill.
