we need your help as cars are speeding as if they were like war planes....their are people who don't respects the stop signs, or people that are walking down the street, i seen many people almost get hit by cars, because the cars are going so fast. this problem is an everyday problem, not just a day problem. Their is even a elementary school near, that when kids are around, they still don't care, who they going hurt. and when im saying they speed, i mean they speed as a plane going to war...Its very dangerous to the community but more to the elementary school on near by...we need some barriers put on the streets to make these cars slow down..please help...

Bread strewn IFO OPD hq

The elevator has been broken for about 3 - 4 weeks. It's used to go to the community room.
I use it, along with MANY others to attend storytime, given by Miss Miriam.
Nannies & Mom's etc. use the elevator to transport children & babies in strollers, each week to a much anticipated weekly Storytime event.
Without the elevator, all the strollers have to be parked in the ground floor library itself, thereby restricting patrons without children to "understand" the problem.
Miss Miriam just informed us that the elevator that's been broken, is terminal & cannot be repaired.
She also said that with tax season AARP will be using the room for their tax prep event.
Please do something for the community & the building by seeing to getting an operational elevator PDQ!!!!
